This website is operated by Nook & Nexa ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), including the additional policies referenced here, such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. 1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and that you will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your right to use the site.

2. Products & pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate. Many of our ceramic pieces are hand-finished, so small variations in glaze, shape and size are part of their character rather than defects.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time, to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing or typographical errors.

3. Orders, payment & discounts

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payment is collected at the time of order through Shopify's secure checkout. Promotional codes (including welcome offers) are limited to one code per order, cannot be applied retroactively, and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Product safety

Candles and incense involve an open flame or smouldering material. Never leave them burning unattended, keep them away from flammable materials, children and pets, and follow the care instructions supplied with each product. Electrical products (lamps, hubs, power strips and chargers) should be used with the supplied or a certified compatible power source, and discontinued if damaged. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse.

6. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, photographs and design—is the property of Nook & Nexa or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

8. User comments & submissions

If you send us reviews, suggestions or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit and publish them in any medium. You agree that your comments will not violate any third-party right and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.
